Eleanor Glass MD

Integrative Family Care

Dr. Glass earned her medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and completed her residency at The Christ Hospital/University of Cincinnati Family Medicine Residency. She is a third-generation doctor in her family, inspired by the legacy of her grandfather, a primary care doctor in England. She is committed and excited to start a direct primary care practice in Cincinnati—Integrative Family Care—which supports both patients and physicians in the pursuit of health.

Prior to starting Integrative Family Care, Glass served on the faculty for the University of Cincinnati’s Department of Family and Community Medicine and as a primary care doctor for The Christ Hospital Family Medicine Center. She further broadened her clinical experiences by serving as a medical acupuncturist for the Center for Integrative Health and Wellness; teaching clinicians in the newborn nursery and the office procedures clinic; and serving on staff at The Christ Hospital Urgent Care Center.

Glass has been recognized with numerous awards for her studies and clinical work, including Intern of the Year; Marjorie Grad Vockell Award for Humanism and Compassion in Clinical Care; Gold Humanism Resident as Teacher Award; Preceptor of the Year; and she received AOA induction. She teaches on topics ranging from burnout prevention and integrative approaches to mental health care for primary care for patients with HIV/AIDS and quality improvement in electronic health record usage. Some of her clinical interests include pediatrics; women's health and contraception management; dermatologic procedures; and nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness.

An integrative lifestyle means plenty of time in the woods hiking, biking, and running, along with daily meditation and close relationships with friends and family.
